Some bloke with an Indian accent named Gerry called claiming to be from BT. He rattled off my phone number and the account holder's name, adding that the payments were set up on direct debit. Then he said the card linked to the direct debit was about to expire and that we needed to call back and update the details. Apparently, since we hadn't done that yet, he decided to ring us instead. I just ended the call there and then.
