got a call from a guy called austin claiming to be from ‘open reach’ - bit weird he was speaking with an indian accent when i picked up. apparently they’re planning on cutting off my internet with bt. this was the fourth time they’d called me this week, but the first time it showed a uk number. definitely felt like a scam to me.
