Received a call purporting to be from 118, supposedly for the proprietor of our business. It’s clearly a bunch of charlatans and nothing but a bother.

I promptly added the number to my call blocker without a second thought. Afterward, I came here to look it up, and surprise, surprise—it's just another dodgy scammer joining my extensive list of blocked contacts!

I've configured my phone to direct all calls from unrecognised numbers straight to voicemail. They never bother leaving a message, so I’m assuming it’s just another one of those pesky calls. I've gone ahead and blocked them, but I know they’ll just ring from a different number next time. What a pain!

When they inquired if I was a student, the irritation was palpable as soon as I replied in the negative! 😂😂😂 Clearly a scam artist!

I received a call from someone with an accent that sounded Asian, claiming to be from some place called Qmat. To be honest, I was utterly baffled by what he was going on about, so I decided to just hang up and leave him chatting to himself!

I’ve had numerous calls from someone purporting to be from 'Trade Finder', keen to chat with the owner of the business. It’s rather suspicious as they keep ringing from a variety of different numbers. Quite annoying, really!

I've switched my business line to an answerphone and call-back method exclusively. I can’t simply endure these dreadful time-wasters and crooks pestering me on the line. Genuine clients always take the time to leave a message, while the morons don’t bother at all. It's as straightforward as that!

Instead, they were probing about my business and requesting various bits of information. I received a call from a woman in India, and honestly, I found it quite challenging to comprehend what she was saying. She seemed rather intent on gathering my details, and despite my attempts to decline, she just wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. In the end, I had no choice but to cut the conversation short and hang up.
