I received a call earlier today from someone named Mark, claiming to be associated with McCormack and Doyle, a firm that seems to specialise in timeshare exits.

I’m somewhat sceptical about the legitimacy of this call. I've been in discussions with the actual company regarding my own timeshare exit for the past three months, and the whole affair has been rather sluggish. There are definitely a few pieces of the puzzle that seem off. While the company is operational, I couldn't find any record of company registration, which raises a few eyebrows.

I often get calls from this number during the afternoon through to early evening, nearly every other day. When I answer, there's just nothing but silence on the other end. If I let it go to voicemail, they don't even bother leaving a message. Honestly, it wouldn't hurt them to at least drop a message; it's just basic courtesy, isn't it?
