When I dared to question how I could possibly be involved in a 'non-fault traffic accident' given that I wasn't even permitted to drive during the period he was blathering on about, he got rather defensive. I requested that he take my number off their list since I hadn’t asked for their nonsense in the first place, and that seemed to ruffle his feathers considerably! He then had the audacity to respond with sheer rudeness before abruptly cutting the connection.
