Got a call saying there was some big purchases on my Amazon account, told me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to someone. Sounded dodgy, so I didn’t pick up and let it go straight to voicemail. The message was some robotic woman’s voice. Definitely a scam.

Someone's been using this private number to trick folks. Best not to pick up or ring back since the real owner of the number keeps getting unwanted calls but isn’t involved in any of the dodgy stuff.
