For weeks on end, this number has been ringing me but never bothered to leave a message. Today, I answered, completely forgetting it was probably yet another sales spiel. Turns out, it was Vodafone's customer retention team, essentially pestering me with, "Why did you leave? How can we win you back?" They’ve got an array of tactics and every line from their script to entice you back into their mobile or SIM-only contracts, and they’d even pry into your broadband options. I had a chat with the lady on the other end, but I firmly turned down all their proposals, as none could rival my current SIM-only arrangement! - Caller: Vodafone Business.
