They actually knew my name! The moment they assured me they weren’t trying to sell me anything, I swiftly ended the call and blocked the number.

I really struggled to make out much of what the caller was saying, aside from the mention of the word "survey." It was all quite baffling, so in the end, I decided to hang up and block the number. No point in entertaining that nonsense!
