I got a prerecorded call saying it was from my bank, warning me about two transactions about to go through on my card - one a big payment to Amazon, the other a hefty amount from some international money order. As soon as they told me to press 1 to speak to an agent, I just ended the call. Funny thing is, the number started with 01635 which is nearby. These sorts of scams really should be cracked down on by Ofcom.
