I received a rather concerning automated call recently, stating that a sum of £300 had been deducted from my Amazon account. To make matters worse, it also mentioned that an international bank transfer of £1,100 was processed using my debit card. The strange message urged me to press 1 or 2 if I wanted to stop this transaction. Very suspicious indeed!
