They called and already had my first and last name, but when I asked about my middle name, they didn't seem to know it - which I hadn’t shared 'cause I thought a proper organisation would have that info anyway. They guessed the town I live in alright, but when I asked for the postcode, they dodged it like they had no clue. Pretty fishy if you ask me!
