I tried ringing back after missing the call, left a message, but all I heard was some robotic voice saying thanks. Bit odd.

When the person finally got on the line, they said they were from a company working on BT Fibre installation round here and wanted to know when they could come by... I asked them to stop calling me ‘sir’ as I’m not a bloke, and before I could say more they just hung up! Seeing the number is from Medway and reading other comments, it seems this code is linked to scam or unwanted sales calls, so I’d be careful. If it was a legit BT team, I guess they’d ring again... but I’m not holding my breath.

I rang but they didn't say anything. The phone flagged it as possible spam. So, I've blocked the number.
