Got a call from this number at about 10:50 this morning (19/2/16). The caller claimed it was about some sort of inquiry linked to PPI concerning the banks. The lady said she represented "Harrington Investigations" based in Manchester. I told her straight away that I’m signed up to the Telephone Preference Service to avoid these unsolicited calls, and she quickly backed off. When I asked where they got my number from, she said it was from a database but wouldn’t specify which one! Funny thing is, my own area code is 01634.
