Got a random ring from a woman with a South Asian accent, said her name was ‘Nancy’ and claimed to be ringing on behalf of BT. She went on about my router showing ‘several disruptions in my internet connection’ to BT. Problem is, I don’t even have a BT router, nor am I a customer of theirs. Classic BT internet scam as far as I’m concerned. Best to just give them the cold shoulder, end the call, and block the number.
