I received a curious phone call from someone purporting to be from BT. They insisted that my internet service was in dire need of an upgrade and even asked me to power up my computer. When I explained that I solely rely on my iPad and phone, she oddly claimed she could enhance my internet connection remotely before abruptly hanging up. Quite the peculiar interaction!
