I spoke with a gentleman who appeared to have an accent from the Asian continent. He was posing as a senior technician from Microsoft, insisting that they had uncovered some perilous activity on my computer. It's clearly a scam!

some bloke phoned me saying he was with microsoft and said there was some risky stuff happening on my PC. i told him i wasn’t buying it. he warned me my computer would get blocked in a day or so. gotta keep those hackers out.

Got a call from Microsoft about some nonsense going on with my PC. I might of been a bit harsh and told the poor young woman to get lost. Honestly, these telcos really need to crack down on these scammers, it’s getting ridiculous.

Got a call from this number, sounded like some dodgy Microsoft error alert thing. Turns out it was just rubbish, and the number’s actually linked to St Mary’s Island over in Medway. Took me a bit to realise it’s one of those fake tech support calls!

I got a call from this number claiming to be ‘Microsoft’ talking about the computer here. I told them straight up it’s probably a scam and just hung up. Honestly, do they really think I’m daft or something!
