Got a recorded call from a woman with a British accent claiming to be from the 'VISA card department'. She said my VISA card was charged £500 for purchases on 'Amazon' and 'eBay'. They wanted me to press 1 to stop the payment or 2 to confirm it. My card hasn’t been used for anything like that. This wasn’t really from VISA at all. Just another scam trying to steal money. Don’t push any buttons. Just hang up and block the number. Ignore it completely.
