I received a rather suspicious automated call on my home phone, claiming to be from a security service. They mentioned charges of £700 and £1,000 linked to my account. My husband answered it and, rather unwittingly, pressed 'one' in response, after which the caller abruptly disconnected. I've since blocked the number, but I thought it only right to alert others about this dodgy situation!
