Someone called asking to speak to me, but when I asked who it was, they just ended the call. It's a business located on Rainham High Street in Kent that looks after domestic appliance repairs, mainly Dyson vacuum cleaners. I had my Dyson vacuum looked at and the actual repair was fine, no complaints there. However, the aftercare was terrible; I kept ringing them because they never returned my calls. I waited more than three months for a new battery that never showed up and had to really push to get my money back in the end.
