1 yearI got a call from someone saying they were from Microsoft and there was a problem with my internet. They targeted me cause I'm old and probably wouldn’t know better. They told me if I didn’t let them fix it over the phone, I’d have to go all the way to Microsoft in Reading. I told them it’s too far for me. Then, their attitude totally changed and they started threatening, saying if I didn’t call them back, they’d block my internet.
