I just had a call from someone saying they were with a place called The Boat House, trying to sell me iPhones and contracts. The person spoke with a strong Indian accent, and you could hear loads of background chatter like a busy call centre. I seriously doubt a chip shop would be running a call centre selling phones on the side! If I were the real Boat House owners, I'd be careful, looks like someone’s spoofing their number to scam folks.
