Got a call from some telecom sales guy asking to chat with whoever sorts out our phone bills. Bit annoying really.

Got a call saying they'd taken £99 and £999 from my card. They told me to press 1 if I agreed or 2 to talk to someone to cancel it. Totally dodgy, I bet next they'd want my card info or something...

Fairfield must be the most relentless sales person Ive ever dealt with, just refuses to accept a simple no. Im working in a hectic office that provides essential gear for the NHS, and honestly, we cant be bothered wasting time on these calls. What’s worse is after blocking one number, they just ring from another one! So frustrating.

Honestly, these scammers are so damn pushy and rude. I told the guy the department only does emails, but he just kept pushing like a total jerk. Can't wrap my head around how people in places like that act all superior while being so gross. Absolutely disgusting.

Got a really persistent sales call from someone called Sarah. She wouldn’t accept a simple NO and kept me chatting for a good 10 minutes. It took me a solid 5 minutes before I figured out she was selling something, which she, naturally, denied outright. She was banging on about supposed government grants because apparently all our mobiles will stop working when BT does some fibre broadband upgrades nearby. Complete rubbish if you ask me. In the end, I had to flat out tell her to take us off their calling list and then hung up.

Someone called Fiona from Fairfield rang me about her phone number changing. I asked her to send me an email instead since I’m the one who filters out all the nonsense before it reaches the boss. So far, haven’t received anything and honestly, I’m not holding my breath.

Got a ring from a nice sounding girl saying there’d been an upgrade to our local server and that our phone bills might be higher than needed. Felt like the classic sales pitch though. Would be good if they just told you straight away why they’re calling instead of making you dig for info. Anyway, I’ve put the number on my block list now.

Got two calls ringing off at once from someone claiming to be in Fairfield wanting to chat about upgrading our phone system. They threw out the names of a couple directors who haven't been with us for ages, then dropped the name of a junior admin. Felt like a proper salesy cold call with info that was way out of date. Bit worrying that a telecom company’s system would let them call us twice at the exact same time. I’d steer clear if I were you.

A lovely lady called Elise from Fairfield. She was quite friendly, but honestly, why do these businesses keep doing cold calls? If a company really wanted to update their phone system, you’d think they’d reach out themselves rather than calling random people. Such a pointless hassle!

They keep ringing me non stop, bugging me about switching phones to their service, even tho I'm stuck in a 5 year deal with another provider. It’s really irritating how they just don’t take no for an answer.

This company has rung me loads of times. When I’ve tried to end the call, they just keep babbling on. I hung up a few times but they kept calling back again and again. Sadly, the phone setup at my work doesn’t let me block numbers. We’re in the middle of moving over to a different provider now.

Got a ring from a Medway number, which is nearby my workplace, and they were asking specifically for me. Clearly, they’ve picked up my name somehow. They started chatting about the phone lines at my company, but I told them I’d just switched providers and got new phones. Felt like they were trying to push some unwanted contract on me. Marked the number as risky, cause you could easily get caught up in something you don’t actually want. Blocked it now - bet they’ll be back calling in about a year and a half!
