Got two calls within a couple of days from someone claiming to be from ‘Fusion’. When I asked them what Fusion actually was, they just brushed past it and immediately started ranting about my washing machine’s warranty running out soon. Tried to find out how they knew that, but they just shut down and pushed hard to sell me a new warranty. Asked a second time where they got that info, they said they'd connect me to a manager. Both calls just dropped and then went dead on me. Proper dodgy behaviour.
