Got a call today about a £600 Visa/Mastercard scam. Loads of these fake calls get made daily, and it's not a new thing either. Yelling at the robotic voice doesn't help one bit. There's no chance this came from Medway or anywhere in the UK. I've blocked the number but honestly, it’s pointless. No results when I looked up the number just now, but I bet that'll change in a bit. Seriously, something urgent needs to be done to block these dodgy foreign scammers. They wouldn’t bother unless they were making some cash from it.

I just gave them a ring. Saw someone else mention on a thread about scam calls that if you keep getting these, you should reach out to your MP and ask what the government’s doing to stop dodgy foreign scammers using UK landlines to make these untraceable calls. Got one pretending to be HMRC, so I did the same, but no answer back so far. Maybe they’re just swamped right now!
