An automated lady’s voice said she was with my bank’s security team and told me there were dodgy transactions on my account, mentioning purchases on Amazon and an overseas transfer for about £1800. She wanted me to press some buttons on the phone. Knowing this was a classic scam, I just hung up straight away.
