I got a call from someone claiming they were with Microsoft, but it was definitely some sort of scam.

Got a call today from a woman sounding like she had an Indian accent, said she was ringing from Sky about my broadband. I told her straight away I wasn’t with Sky and that this was clearly a scam, plus my number’s on the TPS and I’ve taken it off the directory. After that she just ended the call. Seems like this number might be faked or rented out to make it seem like the call is local when it’s actually scammers overseas, probably in India or somewhere similar.
