This bloke claimed to be a tech support chap from BT. Right from the off, I had my doubts about the legitimacy of his call, especially since I don’t even use BT for my services. Nonetheless, I kept the conversation going. He promised to sort out my internet issues and enhance my speed. Talk about a classic phishing attempt!

Got a call from someone named David, speaking with an Indian accent, claiming to be from BT. He said my internet connection was bad and needed fixing. I told him straight up he was a scammer and asked him to stop calling me. He kept pushing, so I just told him to buzz off.
