This number keeps ringing my phone all the time. Neither TPS nor BT Call Protect seems to block it. It’s a real pain, we usually ignore it or hang up straight away but it often rings when we’re busy. I’ll report it to BT Call Protect again but it never seems to make any difference.

Called the number back since I missed their call earlier. Got a busy tone, so thought I’d look it up here as I recognised it was a Medway area code and was curious who it might be. Found out now, so I won’t bother calling again.

If you’re signed up with TPS, then you should report them because it’s against the law for a company to cold call a number on the TPS register. I’m signed up too and have submitted a complaint online. Don’t just ignore cold caller, report them!

Even though I'm on the TPS and my number’s ex-directory, this number still managed to ring me up. I’ve never signed up to any marketing lists or given my details anywhere, so how they got hold of it baffles me. Luckily, I can block calls on my landline, so I’ve done that now - fingers crossed it stops the hassle. We’ll have to wait and see if that sorts it.

Casey & Associates say they're part of some professional group with high standards, but honestly, I don't buy it. If you happen to get one of their calls, just let them run through their typical sales pitch, book a meeting, and then simply don't show up when the advisor turns up. That should make them waste a fair bit of their own time and effort.

I'm getting calls from Casey and Associates, based at 2 Fircroft Mews, Fircroft Way, Edenbridge, TN8 6EN. They deal with will writing services. They've been constantly phoning my elderly mum who has dementia, which is a right pain, especially having to wake her up. Another number they use is 08700203553. I got a voicemail from someone called "Kerry" about some will stuff, but the company name was really unclear. When I checked the callback number, it went to a private home in Gillingham, not the number she actually called from which was 01634 364695. Bit confusing, really!

Got called by this number again, and it’s the same deal both times - it rings twice but with a little pause inbetween, then nobody ever picks up. I managed to find where it's coming from in Medway and it seems like it’s a regular home, not a company or anything. Really not sure what’s up with that!
