I keep receiving calls from them, but every time I pick up, they end the call without saying anything. I wonder if they deliberately want to waste my time or if they're just wasting their own money? This number keeps ringing my phone all the time. Neither TPS nor BT Call Protect seems to block it. It’s a real pain, we usually ignore it or hang up straight away but it often rings when we’re busy. I’ll report it to BT Call Protect again but it never seems to make any difference.

If you’re signed up with TPS, then you should report them because it’s against the law for a company to cold call a number on the TPS register. I’m signed up too and have submitted a complaint online. Don’t just ignore cold caller, report them!

I have not provided my number on any telemarketing or other related forms, so I am puzzled as to how they obtained my contact information. They promote themselves as being affiliated with a professional organization and upholding professional standards. However, I beg to differ. Here's my proposal: if you ever become a target of their telemarketing calls, allow them to go through their usual sales pitch, schedule an appointment, and then kindly decline to meet with their representative when they arrive. This will effectively consume a significant amount of their time and resources.

I received a voicemail from someone named "Kerry" who works for a company that I couldn't understand. The message was regarding a will. However, when I tried calling the number given in the message, it turned out to be a private address in Gillingham.
