Just got a call a while back but didn’t pick up - I never bother answering numbers I don’t know, especially if they don’t bother saying who they are. Left it to voicemail instead.

I got a call around 8 in the evening from someone saying my vacuum needed a service, but I’ve never owned a Dyson! They then asked me what vacuum brand I had so they could ‘update my records’. Weirdly, they didn’t even know my name. Seemed a bit off, and I thought calling so late was pretty rude.

A rather overbearing individual, a bit dodgy if you ask me, attempting to peddle insurance that seems thoroughly unnecessary.
