Just got a call from someone named Errin Berry at the Collective Advice Centre, claiming it was about a recent car crash where apparently I wasn’t to blame. I asked for more details because, honestly, I’ve been in a few! Then they put me through to a supervisor who basically said the same thing. When I asked which incident they were referring to, she got pretty annoyed and snapped that she wasn’t there for messing about, she was trying to assist me. Then, out of nowhere, she just ended the call! Took that as a win, really.
