They wanted to send an engineer around. When I asked how they got my phone number, the woman just said it came from their database. I pressed her on which database and who gave them my details without asking me first. She just said the company that fitted my loft insulation. Then she said she’d ring me back later.

This woman rang me saying she was calling from some place I couldn’t catch. She wanted to know when my last inspection was done.
