Got a call from this bloke called James claiming to be from Microsoft tech support, but there’s no Microsoft office in Newport anyway. Definitely one of those dodgy scam calls.

About an hour back, I got a call on my landline from 01633881157. The person on the other end knew my name and said he was from Microsoft. I've heard that Microsoft doesn’t make unsolicited calls, so I told him straight up I didn’t trust that he was legit and then just hung up.
