I found out this phone number is linked to a catering and wine company around Newport/Cwmbran. They seem to not really care about how their drivers behave on the roads. When I rang up to report a van driving recklessly in Swansea, the office manager was quite dodgy and kept giving me excuses, clearly not wanting to handle the complaint. Then, out of nowhere, the managing director called me back, but he was really hostile and sounded threatening. Honestly, neither of them gave me any confidence that they would sort out their driver's dangerous conduct.

Received a call purporting to be from Direct Line, following my recent car accident. Absolute nonsense! The caller abruptly ended the conversation when I refused to divulge any personal details!
