Absolutely, we've been plagued by this bunch! They somehow managed to pass our details on to another lending company. In just one day, we received 27 missed calls from them. It’s infuriating, especially since I had just left a voicemail requesting them to delete our info and cease all calls immediately.

Loan company, just let them know that you're on it and you'll track down the person they are seeking. Then, put them on mute for a bit. Every now and then, touch base with them and assure them that their call is of utmost importance to you, and so on and so forth.
