The culprit appears to be linked to Tomoe Valves Ltd, located on Estuary Road, Newport, Gwent, NP19 4SP, with a certain Tom Haroki at the helm. It’s high time that this Haroki faced the consequences for bothering innocent people who have never engaged in any dealings with him. Upon further investigation, it seems he has various phone numbers he employs, so I urge everyone to report him.
