Got a call on my landline from a number I didn't recognise, so I decided to give it a miss. After looking it up here, I’m glad I did. They keep ringing back, but sadly, I can’t block calls on that ancient landline of mine.

Received a call a moment ago. Chose not to pick up and promptly added the number to my blocked list. It's been quite a week, actually—I've ended up blocking several numbers, all seemingly linked to Twilio in Ireland.

It's a complete con! They keep going on about your insulation being unsafe or even illegal. What a load of nonsense! The voice on the line sounds like an older woman, and I've definitely heard it more than once—could well be a pre-recorded message. Best to ignore it entirely and simply hang up.
