I've been receiving incessant calls from this number. It rings a couple of times, and by the time I pick up, the line goes dead. They never leave a voicemail. I've blocked the number, yet the calls still persist. It's particularly frustrating since I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service. It seems these dodgy calls from the same company are on the rise!

However, the caller had a rather peculiar accent and was asking rather silly questions. After a bit of back-and-forth, they seemed disinterested and hung up. I've since decided to block the number.

I received a call today from an area code 0163, but I've got that number blocked since I don’t recognise anyone from Newport. Just yesterday, they rang me from 01633603918. That’s now the second dodgy call this week. Last week was unreal with a total of 13 nuisance calls using various area codes like 0151, 0120, 0203, 0175, and 0186, all of which I've also put on my blocked list.

I've been receiving calls from this number on our landline, which hardly ever gets used. A chap with an Indian accent introduced himself as "David Williams" from Virgin Media, saying he could optimise our router performance. He was relentless with questions about our gadgets and then tried to convince me to let him connect to my phone. No chance I was going to agree to that!

I've received calls from the same lady four times in just two days. Each time, she hangs up as soon as I ask her to quit ringing me. She insists my flat requires insulation, yet she’s dialling a company number, which makes it all seem rather dodgy! Quite the laugh, really.

It's always the same individual, and she seems to be calling from numbers that supposedly belong to places like Bournemouth, Sheffield, Manchester, Oxford, and now – can you believe it – Newport! We’ve refrained from picking up and have blocked each number, but it’s terribly frustrating, particularly since we are an unlisted number. Is there no way to put a stop to these nuisances?
