Got a call from a bloke pretending to be with Microsoft, offering help about unauthorised access on my phone. As soon as I said I knew it was a con, he started swearing loudly at me, calling me all sorts of names. Sounded like he was having a really rough day. I've reported it to Action Fraud, but I reckon he'll be pestering other people today, showing just how miserable he must be.
