I got a call from someone claiming to be Amazon, saying there was an order placed today for over £400, but I never ordered anything. They told me to press 1 if it wasn’t me so Amazon could be informed. I remember hearing on BBC4's You and Yours that pressing such numbers could end up costing around £300, so I reckon this is a scam. This is actually the second time I’ve had this exact call.
