My internet stopped working and my 4g dropped out at the same time. Then suddenly, it came back on. I got a call from a man with an Indian accent claiming he was from BT, saying he'd fix the problem. Thing is, I'm not even a BT customer. He asked loads of questions but I just refused to give any info. For a moment he nearly had me fooled that he was legit.
