Turns out it was all a ruse; not only did the deal turn out to be worse, but they also loaded on unnecessary insurance we never asked for! When I reached out to Three for help, they had the gall to tell me that my issues were with the 'trader' and not them. Absolutely infuriating! I rang Three again the following day, firmly stating that these callers had indeed entered into a contractual agreement with me, and I expected to revert back to my original contract. Eventually, they capitulated. It's unbelievable how such shoddy practices can go unchecked. Ofcom really ought to take note of this nonsense!Three10 yearsI’ve had it with these folks! We’ve decided to stop our payments.
