So this number called me, saying they were from BT outreach, telling me my internet was running slow and asked about how many devices I had hooked up. I decided to test them and asked, "Right, but what’s my name for security reasons?" After that, the call just went dead. Seems dodgy to me, especially since I’m supposed to be ex-directory. I’ve seen this number flagged by others too, looks like it’s part of a scam trying to phish info with fake claims. Definitely be careful if this number rings you!
