Got 3 calls in under a minute from two separate digits, both of them seem pretty sketchy to me. One of the numbers was 01872487982, which I think is from Truro. They definitely seem connected somehow.

I got a call from this number on my mobile at precisely 3:51 PM on the 28th of May, 2018. Strangely, when I picked up, there was complete silence on the other end. Very odd experience!

Got a call today, 25th May, number 1035, about some "recent UK road traffic accident" scam. Total nonsense really, coz (a) I’ve only just got this UK mobile, (b) barely anyone has it, and (c) I haven’t been in the UK for ages. They were pushing me to lodge a dodgy injury claim or something. Proper sketchy folks. To top it off, they said my English was unclear, which I thought was cheeky since I struggled to make out their thick Asian accents!

I got a call at 11.47 on 23rd May 2018 from someone saying they were ringing about a recent car accident I’d supposedly been involved in. I told them it was odd since I hadn’t had any accidents and suggested maybe they had the wrong info or were just trying their luck. Right after that, they hung up on me. We’ve been getting loads of calls like this lately, even though I’m pretty sure we’re signed up with the Telephone Preference Service.

he started off with a "how are you", then asked who i was. he said he was calling about some legal advice relating to an accident i supposedly had. i told him i dont even own a car! he said alright just needed to check, then cut me off before i could say any more. total waste of time, both sides. what a muppet!

Don't ever give out your bank info to callers, especially if it feels like a scam. Just hang up and don't reply to them at all.

so i got asked if i fancied cheese and luckily for them i’m a big fan, who isn’t really? cheese is just brilliant, like milk but even better! :) {i've had a few cheeky moments involving cheese and the bedroom ;) honestly, i’m practically married to a wedge of cheddar. might be taking this too far now haha}

I wouldn’t bother picking up, as you’ll just be met with an eerie hush on the line. Clearly another set of dodgy scammers at play!
