I've no idea who gave me a bell, and I’ve certainly not encountered that number prior to this.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, supposedly trying to entice me with a deal to reduce my bill. However, when I mentioned that I was with a different provider, he promptly hung up on me. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Its really worrying that they have my full name, address and postcode. When I told the lady I was going to report her to the police, she just hung up on me. Honestly, something needs to be done about these calls, especially to protect the more vulnerable people.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Vodafone about my contract, but they rang my EE number! When I asked who they really were, the line went dead. The number was from Oban in Scotland, but you could hear an Indian call centre in the background. I’ve blocked the number now.
