Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2, trying to convince me to switch to a “better” deal than what I currently have. Sounded really familiar - I remember the exact same spiel from a couple of years back. When I asked him to tell me the details of my current contract, he couldn’t answer and just hung up on me. I didn’t even say that I wasn’t actually an O2 customer.
