This company deals with will writing. They have someone hanging about outside supermarkets looking proper legit just to grab your phone number. After that, they keep ringing you non stop. Make sure you tell them you’re on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) - and if you aren’t, sign up straight away! They’re actually meant to follow the Privacy and Electronic (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 which says they shouldn’t be calling you if you’re on that list. The Information Commissioner’s Office watches over this and can fine companies who don’t stick to the rules.

Yesterday, on 13 August 2019 at 16:39, I got my 18th call from 01630655456 since 26 July 2019. I've been on the Telephone Preference Service list since 2001 and reported it to them. They replied saying they can only take action if you actually pick up and talk to the caller, which is a bit daft because that’s exactly what I want to avoid by having the recorded message saying my number's on the TPS. Yet they keep ringing, blatantly ignoring the regulations.

Since 26/07/19, I've been getting calls from 01630655456 - this is the 14th one now. One time they left some garbled voicemail I couldn't understand. My phone has a message saying the number is signed up with the Telephone Preference Service, so they must've heard that 14 times by now. On 7 Aug 19, they rang me three times in one day! I’m seriously thinking of reporting them to the TPS or maybe the Information Commissioner's Office.

01630655456 rang me twice yesterday, the 2nd of August 2019, once at 12:30 and again at 15:55. They've phoned me 7 times altogether in the past week. Every time, they must've listened to an automated message saying our number is on the Telephone Preference Service list, so they really shouldn't be contacting us. They’re a UK number too, calling from Market Drayton, so they ought to know better. I don’t answer these calls any more, not for years, ‘cos they just keep coming from telemarketers. I just find out who they are by using 1471 before I hang up.

01630655456 rang me on 29 July 2019 at about 17:14 and then again the next day, 30 July 2019, at 18:46. I’ve already reported them for calling twice on 26 July 2019. Our phone has a recorded message that clearly says we are on the Telephone Preference Service, so they’ve heard that message at least four times now. Despite this, they keep calling our TPS registered number, which I thought was illegal for UK companies to do. From what other people have said, this number from Market Drayton is related to Wills and Power of Attorney. Honestly, I’m really annoyed by their never-ending calls.

Looks like a Will writing firm is behind these calls, often not picking up or leaving any voicemail. A few weeks back, a woman stopped me on the street asking for phone numbers & addresses from people passing by. Afterwards, they ring to check if you got their leaflet, and if you don't get back to them, they start pestering you with calls at all sorts of times.
