I've been receiving calls from this number intermittently for a few days now. Curiosity got the better of me, so I finally picked up the phone, and it turned out to be Equity Will Writers. I'd previously chatted with a chap while I was at Morrisons and had given the company the green light to ring me, on the understanding it would just be the one call. The person on the line was quite agreeable and didn't press me at all when I declined their offer to assist with my will. What was a bit unfortunate, though, was that the telephone number printed on the leaflet I received was slightly different from the one that rang me.

My wife was the intended contact, but I answered instead. The person on the other end refused to share the name of their company or provide a callback number. They wouldn’t say what the call was about, just insisted it was a "personal call" - which it obviously wasn’t.
