This number keeps ringing me like twice a week, just wondering if there's any cost for me getting these calls?

So some business rings me up saying I’ve been in a car crash, which is complete rubbish. They were really unpleasant when I asked them nicely to take me off their call list, but they kept contacting me anyway. Next time they rang, I told them I’d already had this call and it wasn’t true, plus I should have been taken off their list by then. They just hung up and called me a liar! Tried calling back to speak to somebody in charge, but guess what? No one's there to answer. Total joke.
