Got a missed call from this number today. I rang the cafe linked to it but they insisted they hadn’t tried to call me. Feels like some scammer might have gotten hold of their phone line.

I didn't answer when they rang, so I tried calling back and the person on the other end awkwardly claimed they hadn't phoned me. But I double checked the number myself, so I know for sure it was them. Feels a bit dodgy if you ask me.
