I saw the number had rung me but they didnt leave a voice message. It looked like a local number so I thought Id ring back, but it just ended the call right away without actually ringing once, even did it twice. Strange behaviour!

They say it's about solar panels supposedly installed on my place, but there's nothing like that around. I've told them loads of times to take my number off their list, but they just keep calling. I've even mentioned taking legal steps but still, no change at all.
